About this Event

Workshop Description:

Intro to Neurodiverse Leadership 101 is a 3 hour facilitated workshop for managers and people leaders.

In this workshop, participants will learn techniques to lead and accommodate neurodivergent staff in the workplace.

The facilitators, Chantoy and Marisa, are neurodivergent intersectional professionals who co-created this workshop with the intention of making workplaces safer and more accessible for people like them.

The workshop will answer:

  • What is neurodiversity?
  • What can disclosing a disability and accommodations look like?
  • What management techniques can you implement for all staff that have neurodivergent access needs?
  • How can you remove barriers that are preventing neurodivergent staff from performing at their best?

In this workshop, we will:

  • Complete at least 3 workplace scenarios
  • Leverage breakout rooms
  • Send a post-facilitation list of clear management techniques leaders can implement
  • Readily meet access needs as requested
