Full moons are potent times to shine a luminous light on what’s working for us and where we would energetically like to make shifts in order to feel more aligned. During each circle, we will delve into the energy, meaning and teachings of the specific full moon.We’ll work together through a series of guided exercises that help us to release, recenter, and step into the rebirth of our newly cultivated energy for the next moon cycle.

Invocation + Introduction

This time is reserved for us to meet each other, share why we've gathered, ground our energy, and give thanks to Grandmother Moon.

Crystal Reading and Movement Segment

We'll share several crystals that you can work with that will support you in working with the energy of the current moon as well as a movement/dance exercise to get the body moving.

Collective Astrological Reading

Our self-care astrologer will guide us through what's to come in the stars and planets and how to best support ourselves.

Creativity and Arts

A guided jourey looking into the creative areas of our life and how we can become fullfilled, balanced and our most creative selves.

Empowerment Exercise

Now it's time for us to channel all the energy we're creating into our inner power and learn how to bring these teachings and tools into our everyday lives using journaling and visualization.

Closing Circle

A moment to share our breakthroughs and a ritual practice for you to do on your own to continue honoring the moon.
