Welcome to Rocket Lab!
Rocket Lab's first learning module, Intro to Model Rocketry, is a single-day beginner's workshop where attendees will assemble and decorate an Estes Cosmic Ray model rocket, while learning rocket fundamentals from instructor Scott Cox. The workshop will conclude with each attendee's model rocket being launched twice.
Scott Cox has been building and flying model rockets for over 50 years. He’s also a member of the Susquehanna Valley modelers, radio control aircraft club. Scott worked for NASA for 7 years at Goddard Spaceflight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, where he designed instruments and experiments for air and space-craft.
