Welcome to the most pointilismly satisfying class you’ll ever take! In this Mandala Stone Dotting workshop with Karen, we’ll transform a humble molded domed stone into a hypnotic masterpiece, one dot at a time. Armed with colorful paints and fancy pokey tools, you’ll build intricate patterns that look impressively complex (but are secretly very doable). You'll create a design so mesmerizing people will think you became a zen wizard overnight! No experience needed; just a love of color, and a willingness to embrace your inner dot enthusiast. Warning: may cause extreme relaxation and an uncontrollable urge to dot *everything*. Your 4.5 inch unique work of art will be sealed for protection and suitable for display inside or out. Participants will need to return to the Lab to pick up their sealed stone or arrange shipping through STEAM. 2 hour workshop, $35Multiple sessions available! 4/10 12pm and 630 pm or 4/12 1pm and 6pm
