About this Event
Each weekly module will involve an introduction into the topic, a 15-20 minute guided meditation, some practical exercises or discussion, and Q&A. Each week provides some pointers on how to bring midnfulness into everyday life.
No experience in mindfulness or meditation is needed but experienced meditators are certainly welcome. We will try our best to accomodate various needs for physical comfort including chairs, cushions, floor mats.

Apr 20 - Mindfulness of Emotion
April 27 - Mindfulness of Thought/Mental Processes
May 4 - Cultivating Kindness/Taking the Practice Home
