An easy paced introduction to Sean Nós Dance with Edwina Guckian. Participants will learn the base rhythms, movements and story of this traditional dance form. A fun introduction for anyone curious about this dance form, and a great refresher for those who have tried it before but would like to build confidence. Low-heeled, leather-soled shoes are ideal, but shoes with a hard rubber sole can also work.
