Allison Ottjepka is a Cyr Wheel Performing Artist and Master Coach & Trainer. Her passion is to provide you with all you need to get fit, have fun, and get spinning with the amazing CYR wheel.
In this Intro to Cyr Wheel Workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of Cyr wheel manipulation and movement with the wheel. You will explore the beginning of waltz and center spin and gain the groundwork for continuing your Cyr journey. Cyr wheel will build your strength, improve your balance, create movement, and unleash your inner circus performer!
