We will talk about a variety of ways to utilize the flavors, aromas and health benefits of many common culinary herbs. Get to know these plants using your senses. 6 Herbs will be highlighted for their medicinal qualities but we can discuss any culinary herbs you are curious about. There will be tasty take-homes that we will create in class! Everyone is welcome. All materials and recipes included.
