Through guided drills, preparatory movements, and accessible progressions, you’ll learn how to take weight into your hands and explore going upside down—at your own pace.
This workshop emphasizes technique over intensity, making it perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their practice. Options and modifications will be offered throughout, so you can meet your body where it is.
What to expect:
• Wrist and shoulder warm-ups
