About this Event
💪 ورزش زورخانهای، یکی از کهنترین سنتهای ایرانی است؛ تلفیقی از قدرت جسم، فروتنی و آیین جوانمردی.
این میراث فرهنگی که ریشه در تاریخ ایران دارد، نمادی از همبستگی، ادب و اخلاق پهلوانی است. میراثی ارزشمند که در گذر زمان نیازمند توجه و پاسداریست.
🏛️ زورخانهی جوانمردان تورنتو با همکاری گروه فرهنگی میراث و خیریهی بهار این برنامه را برگزار میکند تا فرصتی برای آشنایی نزدیکتر با این سنت ایرانی و تجربهی فضای اصیل زورخانهای فراهم شود.
📜 در آغاز برنامه، توضیحی کوتاه دربارهی تاریخچه، فلسفه و ارزشهای ورزش پهلوانی ارائه میشود و سپس گروه جوانمردان تورنتو اجرای نمایشی کوتاهی از آیینهای ورزش باستانی به نمایش میگذارد.
🌿 در پایان اجرا، سنت زیبای گلریزان برگزار میشود؛ آیینی که ریشه در جوانمردی و سخاوت ایرانی دارد. در این مراسم، پهلوانان و حاضران دست در دست هم میدهند تا به نیت کار نیک، کمکهای خود را تقدیم کنند.
🌸گلریزان یادآور روح همدلی و یاریگری در فرهنگ ایرانی است. جایی که نیت خیر از هر مقدار ارزشمندتر است. تمامی عواید این برنامه به خیریهی بهار اهدا میشود تا در مسیر اسپانسرشیپ تحصیلی کودکان محروم در ایران صرف شود.
🤝 در بخش دوم برنامه، اعضای زورخانه در سالن مستقر میشوند تا کار با ابزارهای مختلف را به شرکتکنندگان آموزش دهند.
🎁همچنین مسابقهای دوستانه برگزار خواهد شد و برنده از طرف زورخانهی جوانمردان تورنتو هدیهای نمادین دریافت میکند.
🎟️ هزینهی ثبتنام: ۵ دلار (تمام مبلغ به خیریهی بهار اهدا میشود)

💪 Zurkhaneh, or “the house of strength,” is one of the oldest Iranian traditions; a blend of physical power, humility, and the moral code of javanmardi (chivalry).
This cultural heritage, rooted deep in Iran’s history, stands as a symbol of unity, respect, and ethical strength, a timeless tradition that continues to deserve recognition and preservation.
🏛️ House of Strength Zurkhaneh Toronto, in collaboration with Miras Cultural Group and Bahar Charity, invites you to an event that celebrates this historic art form and offers a hands-on experience of the Zurkhaneh spirit.
📜 The evening will begin with a brief introduction to the history, philosophy, and values of this traditional sport, followed by a live performance by House of Strength Zurkhaneh Toronto.
🌿 The performance will conclude with the heartwarming tradition of Golrizan — an ancient act of generosity and unity, where participants come together to donate for a good cause.
🌸 Golrizan embodies the spirit of Iranian compassion and community, where the intention to give holds more value than the amount itself.
All proceeds from this Golrizan will be donated to Bahar Charity, supporting its scholarship and sponsorship program for underprivileged children in Iran.
🤝 In the second half of the event, participants will have the chance to learn how to use Zurkhaneh equipment under the guidance of the athletes.
🎁 A friendly mini-competition will also take place, with a symbolic prize offered by House of Strength Zurkhaneh Toronto to the winner.
