This Introduction day is being done in connection with the UK College of Sound Healing. It can serve as a 1 day workshop for members who would like to add to their current course or as an Introduction to the 2 weekend course which will be delivered later on in the year.We will begin with a welcome & introduction of everyone, followed by calling in the 7 Shamanic directions & opening of sacred space.
1) The Medicine wheel. We will cover the basics of the wheel & how to set it up when doing your sessions.

2) We will do a Drum Journey so you can meet your Power animals or helping spirits that you'll need when doing Soul Retrieval.
3) What is Soul Retrieval?
-Lunch- Please bring your own lunch bearing in mind nut & other allergies. There is a small Sainsburys over the road from the venue or we have a cool box in which to keep things fresh. There is a kettle for hot drinks.

5) Drumming practice & Sacred Chants.
You will need to bring with you -
1) A yoga mat or something similar to lay down on. A cushion & blanket, water & notebook. The course books are included in the cost of the course & you will be sent a booking form to register & sign up for the 2 weekends.
2) You will need to bring a framed drum, beater & rattles. Please do not worry if you don't yet have one, I have a few spares which will be handed out on a 1st come 1st served basis. Framed drums are available from Sound Travels, Knock on Wood &/or Heron Drums.
Please note, you will already need to have experience in an holistic healing modality such as Reiki prior to taking this course.
