Join me on Saturday 7 March for a deeply nurturing, calming, restorative gong bath.
An invitation to rest, release, reset.
🌖 We’ll be in the post Full Moon window. The March Worm Moon in Virgo peaks on 3 March and its energy will still be gently present, inviting integration, reflection, digestion of what has come into awareness. 
🌗 The Moon will be in the Waning Gibbous phase, supporting release, softening, inner reflection as the lunar light shrinks after the fullness. 
♏ With the Moon in Scorpio on this day, we are invited to go deeper emotionally, let go of what no longer serves, drop into heart centred presence, surrender resistance and settle into soulful release. 
♓ All of this unfolds at the tail end of Pisces season, a time rich with intuition, compassion, soulful letting go, perfect for soothing the nervous system, resting deeply, connecting with inner guidance.
🧘♀️ This is a beautiful moment to transition from doing to being, soften into surrender, rest, healing through sound.
