This workshop helps you shake off what’s complete and make space for the new energy rising within you. With the generous, stabilizing support of the trees, you’ll explore what is unfolding in your life. Using the Tree Transformation Oracle Deck, each participant will receive a few personal cards to illuminate insights, patterns, and next steps.
We’ll deepen this guidance through meditation, visualization, and presence practices among the trees. Being in the forest amplifies everything—clarity, intuition, and connection—so we will spend time outdoors as weather allows, with sheltered space available as needed. You will visit specific trees to assist in clarifying your vision and direction for the year ahead.

About the Instructor: Flora Rudolph is an artist and spiritual explorer who discovered the wisdom of trees after a life-changing encounter with a Douglas-fir in 2007. A traumatic brain injury soon after altered her path, but healing came through the trees, leading to the creation of the Tree Cards—messages of guidance from different species. Flora now leads Forest Bathing + Meeting Trees workshops, self-guided experiences, tree readings, online and in-person courses, and a membership community.
