Lost property
Please look after your personal belongings – Into The Fields cannot accept liability for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the event. Any items found will be held behind the bar while the festival is running. After the event, unclaimed items will be kept by Vince Race – please use the number above if you need to enquire about something.

Opening hours
• 🚐 Campsite entry: from 11am, Friday 22nd May
• 🎟️ Festival closing time: 11.30pm each day
• 🎪 Arena opening times:
• Friday – 3pm
• Saturday – 12 noon
• Sunday – 12 noon
• ⏱️ Last entry to site: 9.30pm daily
• 🔒 Gate curfew: The main gates will be locked between 1am and 6am each day – no vehicles or foot traffic can enter or leave during these hours
• 🧳 Departure deadline: All guests must be off‑site by 3pm, Monday 25th May
Tickets & entry
• Online bookings: Please have your printed ticket or mobile ticket screenshot ready at the gate to exchange for your wristband – no need to visit a box office beforehand.
• Crowdfunder tickets: Your name will be on the entry list at the gate.
• Promoter tickets: Please ensure you wear your issued wristband at all times once on site.
👶👧👦 AGE POLICY
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 25 or over.
• Children must never be left unattended in any part of the festival or campsite.
• If you are responsible for a person under 18 who is found consuming alcohol, both you and the young person will be required to leave the site immediately.
• Challenge 25 Policy: If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to show valid ID before being served alcohol or entering restricted areas. Under‑age drinking or attempting to buy alcohol without ID will result in removal from the festival.
🚗 PARKING
• A valid parking ticket is required for every vehicle brought onto site.
• Prices: £10 per day or £15 for the full weekend.
• Buy in advance via: seetickets.com, or pay by cash or card on arrival.
• Car parks open at 11am each day.
• Please follow the directions and instructions given by stewards at all times.
⛺ CAMPING RULES
• Camping is permitted only in clearly marked designated zones.
• Vehicles may not be parked next to tents or sleeping areas.
• If you are bringing a caravan or campervan, you must buy a separate caravan/campervan ticket – a standard camping ticket does not cover these. Caravan and campervan guests will be allocated a separate dedicated field.
• There are no electric hook‑ups available for caravans or campervans.
• Caravan users: Please bring a full Aqua Roll, as the drinking water supply in this field is limited.
• Please note: There are no shower facilities on site.
• Parking areas are situated close to the campsite but are kept separate for safety reasons.
• ❌ Open fires, disposable BBQs and generators are strictly prohibited anywhere on site and within the camping areas.
• ❌ Loud speakers or amplified sound equipment are not permitted in the campsite at any time.
📋 GENERAL RULES
1. Wristbands – Must be worn clearly and kept intact for the whole duration of your stay. If you cannot show your wristband when asked by a steward, you may be refused entry or asked to leave the event.
2. Smoking – Strictly prohibited inside or near any buildings, marquees, tents or covered spaces at any time.
3. Behaviour – Crowd surfing, moshing, forming crowd circles or throwing items is dangerous and not permitted. Anyone doing so will be removed immediately.
4. Respect – Please keep noise to a minimum when arriving or leaving the site to respect local residents. Please do not drop litter anywhere outside of bins.
5. Anti‑social conduct – Aggressive, disruptive or unacceptable behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal without refund.
6. Beach camping – STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Camping is only allowed in the official campsite areas.
7. Dogs – Welcome on site, but must be kept on a lead at all times. You must clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in bags within the bins provided. Anyone failing to do this will be asked to leave.
8. Trading – No selling, exchanging or promoting goods or services is allowed anywhere on site unless you have received written permission from management. Anyone found doing so will have items confiscated and be removed.
9. Entry rights – Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
10. Alcohol & Items Policy – Own alcohol is permitted only within the campsite and is strictly forbidden in the festival arena. Glass items of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the entire site. Sealed soft drinks are permitted. You may bring your own food, but please note that bag and person searches will be carried out on all guests upon entry at the main gate.

We strive to bring you the best quality bands and keep everything including the drinks to a very reasonable price so please support us.

The dates of next year’s festival will be the late May bank holidays Friday 22nd May, Saturday 23rd May and Bank Holiday Sunday 24th May 2025. We have loads of room for caravans, motorhomes and tents so come and make a weekend of it.
Some amazing acts are already confirmed to play include the best tributes in the UK to Bon Jovi, Blur, Oasis, Sam Fender, Abba, Bruce Springsteen, Limp Bizkit, Elvis, AC/DC Foo Fighters, Elton John, Sabrina Carpenter, Levellers, Bee Gees, Gerry Cinnamon, Green Day, Metallica, Arctic Monkeys, Nirvana, The Beatles, Stone Roses, Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran to name a few. Plus the best cover bands such as Hip Hop Hooray, The Baldy Holly Band, The Brit Pack, Breakfast Club, C Collective, Punk Pop Disaster and many more to come.
We also have booked in some awesome djs for the Tribal Tides Tent tent with a silent disco 80s v 90s to start each day then some of the best DJs from the best nights around the region. Headliners to be announced soon. Local legends Mc Stompin, Bass Generator, Tazo, DJ Cammy, NRG, Selector C,Techno T all already booked in.

We need this funding to help with upfront costs including booking the best bands, larger scale traffic management, even more entertainment on site and all the top quality equipment needed.
This offer is only available for 8 weeks only, so please take advantage while you can and save big money! The price will then be raised on the normal ticket links but with no access to the luxury toilets this year. You will also get a free parking pass being a crowdfunder. There will be a charge on normal tickets for parking.
We have different rewards for each value pledged and the packages are explained when you decide which amount you are happy with.
If a supporter is unable to come to the festivals their reward can be transferred to anyone.
