Together, we’ll move through a guided experience of delicious stretches, intentional movement, meditations, and a collective celebration of being present in the here and now.

About Michelle Stone
Michelle is a highly specialized practicioner in the field of somatic healing (relating to the body) with a focus on a compassionate, heart-centered therapeutic approach to address trauma, difficulties, and anxieties in adolescents and individuals.
Michelle has focused on various forms of movement expression including mind-body centering; release techniques; contact improvisation to access the body's deep wisdom and bring forth trust, joy, and embodiment to life.
