About this Event

OVERVIEW

This is the 3rd workshop in the series where guided by ink painter and art coach, Elena Shkvarkina, participants will learn ways to depict memories in abstract form and reflect the atmosphere of memory with colours.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Taking humans as a subject, the program focuses on both physical and subconscious aspects of what makes us who we are. Covering topics of Body, Face, Memory and Feelings, each workshop is built to gradually depart from the figurative depiction and develop skills in an abstract interpretation of humans in ink medium.

Elena Shkvarkina's signature experimental techniques, Palimpsest Ink Painting (the art of superimposed ink layers) and Particle Ink (unique modified formula of ink) will be introduced and used as a medium.
