Into Stillness - an evening of relaxation
A calming space to unwind, reset and restore
Join us in person for a deeply relaxing evening session designed to help you slow down, release the day, and settle into a sense of calm.
This 90-minute experience weaves together gentle guided breathwork and a restorative sound bath, creating a soothing environment to support relaxation of both body and mind. To maintain a calm and supportive environment, this session is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
The first part of the session will be guided breathwork, using soft, accessible breathing practices to help quiet the nervous system, ease physical tension, and encourage a sense of grounded presence. No prior experience is needed, and all practices will be offered with choice and comfort in mind.
The second half of the session will be a sound bath, allowing you to rest and be immersed in calming sounds and vibrations. This portion is designed to deepen relaxation and support a peaceful, meditative state.
You are welcome to participate at your own pace and everything is optional.

Please note:
The practices are generally safe for most people and will be offered in a gentle, accessible way. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever needed.
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a seizure disorder, severe respiratory conditions, or have had recent surgery, please consult your GP before attending. If you are unsure if this workshop is right for you please do get in touch with the organisers to discuss.

This is a relaxation-focused experience and not a therapeutic, medical, or crisis service.
Practical Information
- Time: 5:00 – 6:30 pm
- Location: Yoga studio (lift access available)
- We provide yoga mats and blankets but please feel free to bring your own and anything that helps you feel cosy
- Experience level: No previous breathwork or sound bath experience required.
