Led by Paul Pujol, the winemaking at Prophet's Rock is site-driven aiming to express the beauty of place rather than pronounced winemaking characters. Central Otago is home to some of NZ's finest Pinot Noir producers, and some of the most dramatic landscape across the whole of NZ, and so it comes as no surprise that Prophets Rock is one of the finest wine producers from one of the most southerly locations in the world.
Originally from New Zealand, winemaker Paul Pujol has always been drawn to the Pinot Noirs and aromatic whites of France. He joined Prophet’s Rock after a six-year around the world odyssey chasing these varietals, travels palpable in the wines he makes today.
Paul's extensive experience traveling the globe and winemaking sites in France makes him an insightful and experienced eye for detail between New + Old world winemaking terroir and style.
Join us as we embark on a journey of Paul's wines over a four-course menu exclusively tailored by Sami Harvey, The Laundry's Head Chef. Both Paul + Mel will be hosting this evening.
