A programme inspired by the sounds of Venice and the island of San Lazzaro degli Armeni, where the rich traditions of Armenian monastic life meet the romance and intrigue of Venetian culture. Tunnell Trust Award 2024 winners Intesa Duo include music by Caccini, di Rore, Strozzi as well as some original medieval Armenian compositions.Lucine Musaelian and Nathan Giorgetti, voice and viola da gamba.
