Interwoven: Soulful Yoga & Surfing
Special Operations Forces Spouses will participate in a yoga and surfing class in La Jolla Shores. Through yoga and surfing participants will move out of their mind and into the world with their breath. Participants will spend a morning learning how the benefits of being in the saltwater and offshore can bring your mind to a place of peace and rest. Participants will engage in conversation about sensations felt in body and mind and overcoming any fear and anxieties they had while in the ocean and connecting to their breath to do so. Participants will dive into self-love and sea-love. No experience required.
9:45- 10:00AM: Arrival and Check-In
10:00-10:30AM: Soulful Yoga
10:30-12:00PM: Surfing
12:00-12:30PM: Light Lunch
Event Details:

Wetsuits and surfboards will be provided.
Refreshments to follow.
Invite a friend within the Special Operations community who is new to The Station.
This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 12 participants.
