Interwoven: Salt Cave Sound Bath - Progressive Relaxation Experience
Special Operations Forces spouses are invited to join The Station Foundation for an immersive salt cave sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance through stillness, breath, and sound. This experience blends halotherapy and guided sound healing to create a supportive environment where the body can release tension and the mind can slow down.
The salt cave provides a natural container for restoration, supporting respiratory health, circulation, immune function, and sleep while helping neutralize stress responses. Within this space, a guided sound bath uses gentle vibration and rhythm to activate the parasympathetic “rest and digest” system, allowing breath to deepen, muscles to soften, and the nervous system to settle. No movement or experience is required; participants are invited simply to rest and receive.
This progressive relaxation experience reflects a core Interwoven principle: healing happens when the body, mind, and environment are aligned. Following the session, participants are welcome to remain briefly for quiet reflection and conversation before returning to the day with greater ease and clarity.

This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 8 attendees.
Additionally, please note that childcare is not available for this event, and children may not attend. Thank you for respecting this policy, as it ensures a space free of distractions for the attendees.
