Our Sommelier, Sonja Walker, will be exploring the Finger Lakes wine region in upstate New York, located approximately 25 miles south of Lake Ontario. This region consists of 14 counties and is centered around three major lakes: Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake, and Keuka Lake. The unique "lake effect" weather phenomenon makes the Finger Lakes Watershed an outstanding wine-growing area.

While the Finger Lakes region is renowned for its Riesling, other notable varieties include Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, and Gewürztraminer. So gather your loved ones or friends and join us at Ricos as we discover this remarkable region together!
