About this Event
Interwoven: Reclaiming Care in a Demanding Season - Session 3
Reclaiming Care Through Nature - Mindful Nature Walk at Red Rocks Park
Welcoming mothers with infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. With school out, we warmly invite older children to come along and enjoy the beauty of the nature walk together.
Mothers within SOF are invited to join The Station Foundation for our third Interwoven gathering: a mindful, stroller-friendly nature walk at Red Rocks Park. This session centers on self-care through connection with nature, offering space to slow down, breathe deeply, and gently reconnect with yourself while caring for your children.
These Interwoven experiences are designed to meet mothers where they are. This outdoor gathering invites simple mindfulness practices woven into movement, including light breathwork, grounding, and moments of sensory awareness, encouraging presence, nervous system regulation, and gentle reflection in a natural setting. All of this is offered without requiring separation from your children.
This is our third session in the Interwoven series, Reclaiming Care in a Demanding Season. Each gathering stands on its own, while together they create a meaningful progression of care, reflection, and connection. Whether this is your first session or you’ve joined us before, you are warmly welcome to come as you are. There is no expectation to “keep up,” only an invitation to show up as you are.
Children are welcome to move, explore, rest, or participate as needed. Noise, interruptions, and the natural rhythm of children are embraced as part of the shared experience.
