About this Event
Motherhood often shifts the way women measure themselves. Days can quickly become defined by what gets accomplished, what gets managed, and how well the needs of others are met.
This gathering offers space to pause and gently reflect on identity beyond daily output. Together, participants will explore the unseen labor that accompanies caregiving and the quiet strength required to show up in demanding seasons.
Through guided conversation and reflection, mothers are invited to reconnect with the parts of themselves that exist beyond productivity, values, strengths, and ways of being that remain steady even when the day feels unfinished.
These Interwoven experiences are designed to meet mothers where they are. The gatherings support care, reflection, and connection without requiring mothers to separate from their children. The goal is to offer simple, accessible practices that support nervous system regulation, affirm worth beyond productivity, and foster meaningful connection with other mothers.
Each gathering is intentionally designed to stand on its own, while together they form a gentle progression of meaningful reflections and connections. Mothers may attend one, two, or all three events and are invited to come as they are. There is no expectation to “ keep up”, only an invitation to show up as you are.
Children are welcome to play, move, rest, or participate as needed. Noise, interruption, and stepping in and out are expected and honored as part of the shared rhythm of the space. These gatherings take place approximately 4 - 6 weeks apart, allowing time for integration while keeping momentum and continuity.
New to Interwoven events with The Station? Welcome! Our outStation facilitator, Teah Fagins, will contact you to share our mission and confirm your Special Forces affiliation.
