Interwoven: Connection, Community, and Coffee for SOF Spouses

Special Operations Forces Spouses (including spouses with little ones in a stroller or carry pouch/ backpack) are invited to join The Station Foundation for a morning coffee hour and stroll. Take a break from the hustle of daily schedules, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with friends, and connect with a supportive community. Together, we will reset with a simple gratitude practice to reduce stress, improve perspective, and support both mental and physical health before heading out for a lovely morning stroll around the lake.
Spending time with people you trust lowers stress levels, and social support from your community acts as a buffer during challenging seasons.
Come share a peaceful morning, strengthen connections, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

Event Details:

We will meet outside Pinup Coffee Company at Sherwood Lakes in Virginia Beach.
Coffee and tea will be provided.
Crawlers and little ones who aren’t walking yet are welcome. Please plan on walking with a stroller or using a baby backpack.

Please invite a friend within the Special Operations Community who is new to The Station.

This is a first come first serve event with a maximum capacity of 12 spouses. We kindly request a cancellation notice no less than 72 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your consideration. If you need to cancel, text or call Chrissi Wilson at (406) 498-4670.
