Join us on Sunday, June 21st from 4:00 PM onward for a special International Yoga Day meditation experience featuring guided Sahaja Yoga meditation, live music, and collective silence in the heart of New York City.
Held at *Still Mind Zendo (3rd Floor) in Midtown South*, this extended program offers an opportunity to step away from the noise and demands of daily life and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace, balance, and joy within.
Through Sahaja Yoga Meditation—an ancient technique updated for today’s fast-paced and restless world—we experience the awakening of the subtle inner energy known as the Kundalini, bringing us into a state of thoughtless awareness, where the mind becomes quiet and peaceful.
Accompanied by live music and collective meditation, this immersive experience creates a natural space for inner silence, reflection, and subtle awareness to unfold effortlessly.
