Umbrella Yoga – Making yoga accessible for people with additional needs
Both organisations understand only too well why finding a balance between being well-busy, and staying-well can be tough.
Umbrella Yoga uses evidence-based practices to improve the physical and emotional well-being of the people it connects with. Partnering with ethical businesses enables them to fund core activities, sustaining their mission to provide yoga for people with additional mental and physical needs. Every pound contributed by partners, is invested back into provision of Yoga for those who otherwise wouldn’t have access to its myriad benefits.
Join us for the launch of the first ‘Wellbuzzy’ Session on International World Yoga Day, June 21st, from 12-1pm.
Drop in for a 15 minute speed-networking session to meet like minded freelancers, co-workers, founders...and then enjoy a 45 minute functional movement session, Mudra (hand Yoga) Pranayama (breathwork) followed by Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation.
All equipment will be provided, but if you have your own you’re welcome to bring these with you.
