About this Event
Change is everywhere. In our organisations, our personal lives, the technology we use. It is constant and ubiquitous. Would you like to experiment with a different approach to learning about change? Would you like to be inspired and look at things differently? Would you like some time out to reflect and refresh yourself?
This event will use Manchester Art Gallery as a resource and jumping off point to stimulate our thinking and reflections around change, what it means to us and how we can flourish in the midst of change. We will wander, notice, reflect, and talk together to explore the theme of change and what we can do to enhance our capabilities around change.

9.30 Gathering, introducing and orientating
10.30 Wandering & reflections to explore the theme and the art gallery, including a break for a drink and a sit down.
12.00 Conversation & reflection on our experience, what we’ve noticed and our learning and actions to take forward.
12.30 Goodbyes and invitation to join us for lunch in the café.
Included in the cost of the event is: a notepad, pens/pencils and a coffee/tea from the Gallery café.
Your Hosts
This event is a collaboration between Daniel Taylor and Rachel Burnham.
Rachel is an experienced facilitator with expertise in helping individuals and organisations to make use of visuals to aid learning, thinking and working. She is a well known Sketchnoter and has run her L&D and OD consultancy, Burnham L&D Ltd for 24 years, based in Manchester.
Daniel is a coach, coach supervisior and facilitator with years of experience in the public and private sectors. He is passionate about bringing learning to life and uses coaching in his delivery. He has run Daniel Taylor Learning and Development for over 5 years and is based in Stockport.
