• The workshop: A facilitated hour with Dr. Caroline Dickens, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, focused on decreasing burnout, "micro-dosing" wellness into a busy schedule, and setting boundaries that actually stick.
• The village: A dedicated time for coffee and real conversation with a community of women who understand the complexities of modern motherhood.
