Gentle Yoga Flow & Sound Healing
In honor of International Women’s Day, join us for a special in-store wellness experience led by 414 Portal.
This gathering will begin with a half gentle, all-levels yoga flow designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your breath, and move with intention. The pace will be slow and supportive, making it accessible for all experience levels.
After movement, we’ll transition into a restorative sound healing session. Crystal bowls and calming frequencies will fill the space, allowing your body and nervous system to fully relax and integrate.
This event is a celebration of women — creating space for strength, softness, and community.

414 Portal is a women-centered wellness collective founded by Lana Becerra and JessCervantes. The collective is devoted to creating intentional spaces for movement, rest, andmeaningful connection.
