To celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, Equity and Howden invite you to join us for an inspiring and interactive in-person workshop centred around this year’s theme: “Give to Gain.”

We are delighted to welcome Tiwa Adebayo, award-winning Confidence Coach, TEDx speaker and founder of Confident and Killing It, who will lead a powerful and practical session exploring how generosity, collaboration and visible confidence can accelerate career progression and gender equality.

This workshop will reframe success from a solo pursuit to a shared one, demonstrating how giving time, knowledge and support creates stronger networks, sustainable growth and collective impact.

What We’ll Cover

• From Competition to Collaboration
  Exploring how shifting from scarcity thinking to an abundance mindset helps women build stronger, more supportive professional relationships.
• From Hyper-Independence to Collective Support
  Challenging the belief that success must be achieved alone and learning practical ways to exchange skills, support and opportunities.
• From Shrinking to Shining
  Building visible confidence by owning achievements unapologetically and practising speaking up without guilt or burnout.
