Ashleigh, your Leadership & Relationship coach has teamed up with two inspiring community owners, Taryn @Summit.Seekrs & Donalee @Sayitwithyourchess to bring together the benefits of reflection, strategy and wellness in this intentional walk for Women. This session is all about you and your goals; Ashleigh will use powerful questions to help you tap into the powerful and successful version of yourself emerging this year.

📌 The little details; on the day:
- 10.00am - Meet-up at Regent's Park Station
- 10.30am - Welcome brief, warm-up and hike begins
- 3.30pm - Hike ends (Optional social afterwards)
You just come as you are & we'll provide:
- A guided, slow-paced walk led by Taryn & @Summit.Seekrs volunteers
- Life coaching and reflective activities led by Ashleigh @Kairen.coaching
- Chess resources & interactive session led by Donalee @Sayitwithyourchess

- All routes are planned in advance and risk-assessed
- A welcome and safety briefing will be given before the hike begins

- First aid supplies will be available and trained First Aiders
