In celebration of International Women’s Day, Modern ŌM and present a 60-minute yoga flow with Nimrata Gihan, Founder of Dharma Healing House. This session is designed to energize your morning and serves as a perfect compliment to DUA Miami's weekly "Vibe & Thrive" event.
After your yoga flow, you'll have access to explore a curated marketplace in partnership with Miami Swim Week "The Shows", featuring local artisans and wellness brands in chic cabana booths and stylish pop-ups. Miami Swim Week “The Shows” will also showcase a rotating lineup of designers, with select weeks featuring exclusive runway presentations.
You’ll also have the time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the pool while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere and connecting with like-minded individuals. The Rhino Room and Poolside Lounge will come alive with live DJs and bands, creating an immersive soundscape that flows throughout the space.
Chef Victor Rosado of AHU | MAR will be serving culinary delights at his pop-up poolside kitchen, offering a delicious complement to your experience. The poolside bar will be offering refreshments, with Mijenta Tequila as the featured sponsor.
Each week, discover a mix of fashion and jewelry brands, along with wellness activations such as Yoga, Sound Healing, and Pilates.

✨ Who: Led by Namrata Gandhi, a 500-hour RYT in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, and breathwork, as well as a Reiki Master, Nimi’s teachings are inspired by her studies in India and Thailand. With a deep commitment to honoring ancient yogic traditions, Nimi brings a modern, heart-centered approach to her classes. Her guidance invites you to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and tap into your inner light for a deeply enriching and restorative experience.
