The Sukhothai Bangkok continues our Culinary Journey with the launch of a new campaign that brings a storytelling dimension to our iconic Sunday Brunch. Designed as a series of themed chapters, the campaign highlights the chefs behind our kitchens, offering guests a deeper connection to the culinary talent, philosophies, and signature styles that define The Sukhothai Bangkok. The upcoming edition takes place on 22 March 2026. Chapter Three of The Sukhothai Culinary Journey brings together two exceptional culinary masters: Chef Jib of Celadon, the Michelin award-winning restaurant, and Guest Chef Prapat, a specialist in healthy cuisine, to celebrate International Women’s Day and the spirit of shared abundance.
Drawing inspiration from the harmony of Yin and Yang — one influenced by Thai cuisine and the other by Western cuisine — the chefs create a perfect balance as they present their signature dishes through live cooking stations and curated tasting portions.
