Join us for a powerful 2.5 hour experience designed to celebrate strength, femininity and confidence.
This special edition masterclass combines:
• Pelvic Floor Technique
• Core & Floor Power Training
• Beginner friendly choreography
• Mobility & body awareness
• Empowering Women’s Talk
We begin with 60 minutes of focused pelvic floor and core training using yoga mats, balls and resistance bands.
Then we continue with 90 minutes of beginner choreography full of basics, fun energy and confidence building.
We close the experience with a final group video as a celebration of your achievement.
