Hark, noble warriors and fair maidens alike! The time has come to prepare for the most glorious event of the year, the Adrian Empire's International Steel Tournament! This year, the tournament will be held at the Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, from October 11th through 13th.Gather your armor, hone your blades, and ready your bows, for the Empire's finest combatants, archers, and artisans will be in attendance. This is a chance to test your mettle against the very best in the land, to show your skill, bravery, and honor on the field of battle.

This year we have some exciting changes and additions including an expanded battle pageant participation where we will be joining many other guilds on the combat field. This is just one of many new developments the IST leadership team has been working on behind the scenes that will be announced in the coming days. Please make sure to mark yourself as going on this event once you have completed registration and join the discussion for additional information and announcements.
It takes many hands to make a fair work and there's already been countless hours put in behind the scenes. We are going to be calling on the members and leaders of the chapters to help push as many hands as possible to help with set up and tear down. Without this the event cannot happen.
Once you have registered you will receive a follow-up email at the email address that you submitted. Follow the links to sign up for your tournaments and your volunteer shifts. While there is a minimum expectation, there is no maximum and we are going to be giving out some amazing prizes for those that go above and beyond what is required Plus some really awesome recognitions for our top volunteers each day and over the weekend so look forward to that.
As we have done before we will be offering limited camping space for members to be able to camp on site at the fair. Personal camping tents can be set up on Wednesday afternoon for those members who helped with setup Tuesday and Wednesday and have committed to helping tear down on Monday . All other personal tents can begin to be set up Thursday afternoon (space permitting) A period medieval encampment is required and camping space will be prioritized to those that commit to helping with set up tear down and battle pageants Etc.
