About this Event
The Junior League of Chicago invites you to join us for International Find the Good Day, an initiative dedicated to fostering unity, compassion, and lasting impact. This year, we are highlighting the importance of literacy—its role in development, its power to inspire, and the meaningful ways we can advance literacy in our community.
The Junior League of Chicago (JLC) is a nonprofit organization of women committed to advancing voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through trained volunteers. For over a century, JLC has focused on addressing key community issues, with initiatives supporting literacy, essential needs, and women and children throughout Chicago.
Find the Good Day is a celebration of kindness, literacy, and community. Together, we’ll gather to reflect on the power of stories and work collectively to spark lasting change. At the heart of the day is a book drive benefiting the Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, culminating in the donation of a fully stocked Little Library to the Center—helping ensure that more children have access to books that inspire and empower.
