Join us for a special International Day of Yoga celebration during our regular 5:30pm SoulYoga session on Friday, 21st June 2024. This year, we embrace the theme of Women Empowerment, highlighting the strength and resilience of women through yoga. Our regular 60 minute general flow session will be extended to a yummy 75 minutes, allowing for an even deeper and more enriching practice with our beloved instructor, Josie. A livestream option is also available for those who wish to participate from the comfort of their own home.
After the class, we invite you to unwind and connect with our community over an assortment of handmade herbal teas, hot choccies, and a couple of sweet treats! This is a wonderful opportunity to share this special time with like-minded souls. 🧘‍♀️
