Together with Harsha Jagasia (Leadership Impact Hub Berlin) we will explore how organizations can design internal innovation efforts that go beyond experimentation - creating measurable impact and long-term strategic value.

This roundtable is designed for partners and selected guests working across innovation & change management, sustainability, and strategy, and will focus on questions such as:

How can organizational systems, governance, and culture enable internal impact innovation at scale?
Why is internal impact innovation increasingly a strategic priority and how can its relevance be communicated to senior leadership and finance?
How is AI reshaping innovation work, and what opportunities or risks should organizations be aware of?

The format will be interactive and peer-driven, combining concise impulses with in-depth discussion among experts in a trusted setting.
