Contemporary dance combines elements of multiple dance techniques while promoting freedom of movement. In this class, Sarah will take you through unique movement patterns while focusing on creativity and breathwork. If you are looking for a fun way to release stress, improve your flexibility, and return to creative movement. This class is recommended for those with previous dance experience; however, everybody is welcome to join.
