Join Irina for a DEEEEP stretch to support your dance development. Irina will teach you how to use your muscles to support your body as you explore your range of motion. With a background in competitive ballroom and pole dancing, and a lifelong athletic career, Irina has curated her favourite exercises and stretches. She is so proud of her students who have been able to achieve backbends and splits from regular stretch classes and wants to share that same inspiration with you!
For drop-in cancellations received with more than 24 hours’ notice before the start time of the class, we can offer you a credit to your Underdog account in the full amount that you paid for the class. For drop-in cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice (for any reason) we are unable to offer refunds or credits.
