About this Event
'Wonderful! This has opened up a whole new world for me'
Join us for an experience like no other: our inclusive interactive exploration of Jubilee Square & Library, using fun and creative listening tools together to appreciate our senses and our beautiful shared spaces.
We invite you to open your ears to experience our surroundings.
What to expect
There'll be a small amount of slow walking indoors and outdoors (under 1mile in total, over the space of one hour) and a lot of standing: we will be stopping frequently to listen. It will be mild-moderate walking difficulty with no uneven terrain.
If there's heavy rain, the whole workshop will be indoors.
Please wear appropriate walking footwear and outer layers, and bring drinking water.
Is this for me?
The session is funded for adults aged 50+. Under-50s are welcome for a small donation. No music-making or listening walk experience is necessary, just an openness to take part and try new things.
If you have any concerns about listening or walking, please contact us to discuss.
