✨ Guided Meditation – Jamie will lead you in a soothing meditation to release what no longer serves you, open your chakras, & invite peace & clarity into your body and mind.
✨ Intention-Setting Guidance – Discover the meaning of setting an intention & engage in a supportive group collaboration where your dreams & goals are embraced with love & encouragement.
✨ Creative Crafting – Create your own intention box! Using a matchbox as your canvas, you’ll decoupage a tangible, beautiful reminder of the intentions you set—something to inspire & keep you aligned throughout the year (all supplies are included but feel free to bring old magazines if you have them.)
