36-hour festival, conference, and hackathon on AI governance and coordination systems. March 14-15, Frontier Tower SF.
About this Event

GTC and GDC bring 100k+ AI and gaming professionals to San Francisco the same week. We're hosting the conversation those conferences won't touch: what coordination systems actually help when AI changes faster than institutions can adapt?

36 hours. 750+ researchers, developers, founders, funders, and policymakers across multiple floors of Frontier Tower. Talks, hackathon tracks, prototyping labs, co-design sessions, live music, art installations.

Speakers include Illia Polosukhin (NEAR Protocol), Tom Kalil, Adam Russell (CAISI/NIST), Sheila Warren, Aviv Ovadya, Esben Kran, Shaw Walters, and Luke Drago.

Hackathon tracks cover decentralized AI infrastructure, public goods funding mechanisms, and AI governance tooling. The hackathon runs the full 36 hours.

Each floor of Frontier Tower operates as a semi-autonomous zone with its own budget and governance. 20% of event profits flow into a community treasury co-governed by humans and AI. This isn't a metaphor. It's the event structure.

$150. Register at lu.ma/ftc-sf-2026
