The integrative approach of Hatha Yoga in a practice that welcomes all levels of practitioners in the same class as Kramas (stages of the pose) are offer during class.Each class correspond to a different Physical, Energetic , Emotional, Mental and Spiritual aspects of the human being. Nourishing and balancing the different body systems of the body often results in the healing of a variety of health conditions and common ailments.
Each class is different. You will practice the same class only after 11weeks. Individual information about each class will be posted the week before on Sunday. Please feel free to post questions, concerns, comments.
