Here's what to expect for the 2026 application process to vend or exhibit at the Integrative Wellness Expo held at the Interfusion Festival grounds occurring on January 15-19, 2026 in Arlington, VA.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR BOOTH BEFORE THE CALL WITH THE EXPO DIRECTOR.
Immediatly after applying, the automoated system will pop-up a "Thank You" page with a link to book your call via calendly. If you don't immediately schedule a call, then please allow 1 week from submission for the Expo Director to send a scheduling email to choose your vendor table, sign the agreement, and submit your payment.
