Training for spring 10 milers and half marathons starts January 17. We'll target the Cherry Blossom Ten Miler and the Alexandria Half but can accommodate other races as well. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Training: This year we're introducing a more robust intermediate and advanced training program designed for those of you looking for a PR. Don't worry, we'll still offer a beginner program.
All paces are welcome! If you haven't trained with us in a while, you may not know that we have pacers who run a 7:30 pace through a 12:30+ run/walk pace.
Training is $40 plus processing fees for members (discount will be applied at checkout) and $75 plus processing fees for non-members. Non-members receive a coupon code for a free membership after signing up.
Pacers: As always, we need lots of pacers for our training programs. Sign up to volunteer as a pacer on RunSignUp. All pacers train for free and receive our training swag as a thank you for volunteering.
