Integrating Art Therapy & Psychodrama
From Image to Action — A Moving Contemplation on Creativity
This experiential workshop invites participants into the meeting place of image, embodiment, and action.
Through spontaneous art-making and guided psychodramatic vignettes, we explore how creativity deepens when imagery is stepped into and brought to life. By role-reversing with the artwork we create, inner experience becomes embodied and shared. As themes resonate across the group, sociometry unfolds naturally — strengthening safety, meaning, and connection.
Mindfulness is woven throughout through embodied meditation and reflective integration, linking body, mind, and soul in a grounded, accessible way.
You Will Learn How:
- To integrate spontaneous art-making with psychodramatic action
- To facilitate vignettes inspired by participants’ imagery
- Role reversal brings art into lived experience

Psychodrama trainees, art therapists, counsellors, helping professionals or anyone interested in integrating expressive therapies with action methods

Certification
