Theme: Attention & Focus
This workshop introduces primary school students to simple and practical ways to improve focus and attention. Through short, playful activities and guided practices, children explore how attention works, how it gets distracted, and how they can gently bring it back. The session helps children notice their senses, body, and surroundings, making learning more engaging and enjoyable. The approach is age-appropriate, interactive, and suitable for children who are new to mindfulness.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand what it means to pay attention
- Notice when attention drifts and gently refocus
- Practise simple grounding skills
- Apply focus skills in class and daily activities
