About this Event
If you’re showing your work on Instagram but not seeing many sales come through, this workshop will help you understand what’s missing - and how to fix it.
This session is all about turning attention into action. You’ll learn how to guide people from discovering your work to actually buying it, in a way that feels natural and aligned with how you create.
We’ll look at how your profile, content, captions, and conversations all work together to support sales — whether that’s commissions, event visits, or online purchases.
You don’t need to be pushy or salesy. You just need a clearer path.
This workshop is part of a four-part series, but works just as well as a standalone session.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Set up your profile to support sales (clear offer, strong CTA)
- Choose the right call to action (website, mailing list, or DM)
- Create content that attracts buyers, not just likes
- Write captions that encourage action, not just engagement
- Use DMs confidently to handle enquiries and convert interest
- Support different sales routes (markets, commissions, online, Etsy)
- Build trust and connection that leads to repeat customers
Who it’s for:
- Makers and artists who want to sell more through Instagram
- Anyone getting likes or comments but few enquiries or sales
- Those ready to move beyond awareness into actual revenue
- Hobbyists and professionals exploring different income streams
This workshop will help you:
Feel clearer on how Instagram supports your sales goals
Turn more followers into enquiries and paying customers
Build a simple, realistic approach to selling your work online
About the host
I’m Charlotte — a ceramic artist and social media strategist with 15+ years’ experience.
Since October 2025, I’ve grown my own ceramics content to over 20 million views, building an engaged audience and generating real commissions through Instagram.
I combine industry experience with what’s working right now to teach practical, realistic ways to use Instagram as an artist or maker.
Praise for Charlotte's previous workshops:
"It really works - the reel I posted last night has 3,262 views!"
"Really helpful and enjoyable - just the right level of detail if you don't understand the detail of social media."
"A really good use of time - Charlotte is a clear and fun presenter, and the hands-on work really embeds the learning."
"Useful, informative and focused on what you need to know."
